The Sustainable Health Partnership a new social enterprise with a mission is to help individuals and communities in their own health creation. The focus is on Low Cost, Evidence-Based and Innovative Treatments for Musculo-Skeletal Pain and Chronic Degenerative Conditions. Although this is a new partnership, the people behind it have over 20 years experience of effective clinical experience within the NHS and local community projects in and around Liverpool.
TSHP offers:
• Rapid assessment of chronic degenerative and MSK conditions
• Post-operative complications service
• Acute episodes of chronic conditions
TSHP is currently recruiting suitable patients into two service development pilots on ME/CFS and Multiple Sclerosis & looking for interested GP partners. They are also offering limited number of free treatment for suitable patients.
