This half-term sees the opening of two major exhibitions at National Museums Liverpool’s William Brown Street venues.
World Museum will be playing host to six life-size dinosaurs, who are escaping London for the first time after being created by the Natural History Museum where the Age of the Dinosaur exhibition had a successful run. The exhibition will give all the family an experience not to be missed, as visitors of all ages can immerse themselves in the vanished world of 65-million-years-ago.
And, if you fancy being creative this half-term with the kids, the Walker Art Gallery is putting on a week full of activities in conjunction with the first UK public showing of The Art Books of Henri Matisse exhibition. The Marvel at Matisse family fun week is sure to inspire little artists with a great selection of workshops and activities throughout half-term, highlighting one of the greatest artists of the 20th century, Henri Matisse.
