“One Vision for All” Internet Radio Station will focus on Equality whilst also covering mainstream issues. The radio station has as its philosophy inclusion, focusing on excluded groups. The formula is based on a “talk and music” model. The aim is to reflect local, national and international views and news, to provide information for all sections of the community and to give a voice for their ideas and opinions.

The vision is to adopt a model of Citizen Journalism, with volunteering opportunities and the aim to provide employment opportunities for people from the local community using the skills of people from excluded groups and minorities who are able to bring stories and broadcast them.
The radio station is looking for individuals and organisations to submit material, write news articles, present features, edit features and to deal with technical production. Whilst people are welcome who have a background in radio or in the media who are training, the radio station is happy to hear from you if you don't have the experience or training.
