Public Meetings on the Future of Policing

Merseyside Police Authority (MPA) is running a series of public events across the county to discuss the future of policing on Merseyside. This will include an update on the Police and Crime Bill, how the current financial situation affects policing and regional policing initiatives. These meetings will begin at 7pm with a panel including the Authority’s Chairperson Cllr Bill Weightman, a Merseyside representative from Association of Chief Police Officers and representation from MPA Chief Executives Office as well as other MPA Members.

This is your chance to hear first hand how changes in policing will affect you and ask any questions to the panel.
