Red Nose Day Community Cash Fund

Background Information: The programme aims to support work where there is clear evidence of a sustained beneficial impact on people’s lives who are excluded or disadvantaged through low income, rural or social isolation, age, disabilities, race, sexuality or gender. Priority is to be given to small, locally based groups or organisations in areas of disadvantage

What is the focus of the fund: Groups must aim to meet at least one of the themes stated below: 

  • Building skills and improving access to employment 
  • Disadvantaged groups and less well supported causes 
  • People with disabilities

How much is available: £500 to £1,000.

Which areas are covered: Merseyside wide but priority will be given to Liverpool based voluntary and community groups.

Any special criteria: 

  • Priority will be given to groups who have been running for over 12 months

NB: Groups must have an income of less than £50,000 in the last year.
