Liverpool LINk Health and Social Care Ambassadors (HASCAs).
HASCAs are authorised by Liverpool LINk to liaise between the LINk and the major health and social care providers within the Liverpool area.
- Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust
- Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust
- Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust
- Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust
- Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust
- Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
- Mersey Care NHS Trust
- Liverpool City Council and Independent Care Providers
- North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust
HASCAs are expected to develop and maintain a positive and ongoing relationship with officers, staff and patients / service users at their appointed service provider and to act as a critical friend in relation to all aspects of their service. In doing so, HASCAs agree to abide by Liverpool LINk Governance, Core Values and Code of Practice. Full training will be given.
This is a very rewarding role and one which our existing HASCAs have got a lot out of. It’s up to you how much time you want to commit depending on what suits you.
