Mossley Hill Athletic Club is piloting a new community project, a disco for adults with learning disabilities. The Wednesday Whatever Disco aims to provide for a community currently unrepresented at the club with a safe environment to have fun.
The disco is called it ‘Whatever’ as the aim is to do whatever guests would like. There is space for art and craft workshops, and in the spring the facility for games and sports, such as tennis or football.
The disco takes place every Wednesday 1-5pm at Mossley Hill Athletic Club, Mossley Hill Road, off the top of Rose Lane. For more information, telephone 0151 724 4377.
Tickets cost £2.50 (receipts given). The venue is wheelchair accessible.
