Imagine Independence are running 2 Mental Health First Aid Sessions in Spring 2019

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course,
designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and
provide help on a first aid basis. In the same way as learning physical first aid, MHFA
teaches people how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health and
feel confident to guide someone to appropriate support. Embedding MHFA training
within any organisation or community also encourages people to talk more freely about
mental health, reducing stigma and creating a more positive culture.

If you or your organisation is interested, the course can be booked for the following dates:

Thursday 7 & Friday 8 Feb 2018 or Wednesday 1 & Thursday 2 May 2018.

All sessions will be held in our training room at our Liverpool Hope St Head office.

The cost is £125 per person for the 2 day accredited course and includes light refreshments, course materials and a MHFA England resource book.

Alternatively, Imagine would be happy to discuss delivering a bespoke course around Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Awareness or Mental Health Champions for your organisation.
