In November 2008, LCVS took ownership of 151 Dale Street, with a view to developing it into a 3rd Sector Resource Centre.
Built in the 1930s, this four storey, art deco building sits proud at the entrance to Dale Street.
Over the last three years, LCVS has refurbished the building from the top to the bottom. It now boasts modern office accomodation, conference facilities, and BREEAM standard accessibility throughout.
