Creative Facilitation

his course explores facilitation - both in theory and in practice - and is delivered by two leading practitioners in group facilitation, with significant experience of Training for Transformation (T4T).

The course is intended for those who want to work with groups in more creative and effective ways. It is aimed at workshop facilitators, formal and informal educators, people who manage others and community workers.

The course is highly participatory and the content will be negotiated and could include:

  • Developing different facilitator styles
  • Managing difficult situations and conflict in groups
  • Activities for use in creative facilitation
  • Effective co-facilitation

Cost: £295 (normally £500). This fee entitles delegates to four days of training, further two being in May (dates to be confirmed). Bursaries are available for individuals who are self-funding.
