Impact Management Workshop

Wednesday 18 January 2017, 9.30am – 12.30pm – 151 Dale Street.

This workshop is part of the Impact Management Programme which aims to build the capacity of charities and social enterprises to manage their impact.

Led by Social Value UK, this free interactive workshop will explore how you might already be managing your impact and run some exercises to help you get better at doing this.

The session will also outline all of the other opportunities for you to get involved in this exciting new programme including:

  • Grant-funding
  • Peer to peer support
  • Expert advice
  • Training
  • Opportunity to co-design online resources

Impact management is an organisation’s ability to quantify, report on, increase and ‘get paid for’ their impact. It means integrating impact reporting into strategy and performance management and regularly analysing and responding to impact data—using it to change and improve programmes and services.

This session is aimed mainly at charities and social enterprises however it will also be of interest to providers of social impact advice and support.
