Tuesday 27 March - Liverpool.
The aim of this event is to de-mystify social media for the voluntary and community sector working with families, and to explore how you can use new ways to:
• Communicate your work
• Draw on the views of families and ensure their voice is heard
• Influence policy
The workshop will be practical, hands-on, jargon free, creative and fun. It does not matter at what stage your organisation is at of your social media journey. The only requirement is confidence with using computers and interest in maximising the potential of social media to give families a much need voice.
The course is offered to nine individuals from different voluntary and community sector family organisations.
Book your place with Barbara Kelly, FSP NW Development Officer at Barnardo's at 0779 512 8104 or email barbara.kelly@barnardos.org.uk.
Once course details have been finalised, participants will be sent a pre-course questionnaire to ensure everyone's needs are met on the day.
