Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Contract: Permanent
Salary & Benefits: £24,570 pa, annual leave and company pension.

Job Overview

They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookings and Marketing Co-ordinator to manage their meeting room reservation system. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their bookings system, maintaining customer satisfaction and maximising occupancy and revenues. Reporting to the Finance Officer, the Bookings and Marketing Co-ordinator will work alongside the Finance Assistant as part of the Finance Team, liaising with other colleagues, including the General Manager, Facilities Co-ordinator and Catering Co-rdinator as required.
