The role of the Tenancy Sustainability Officer is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident and has a good awareness of/or experience of mental health, is ready to face challenges and has commitment to assist in the high quality delivery of a tenancy support service to SLH vulnerable tenants.

The role will involve working both individually and as part of a team, being able to respond positively and flexibly to tenant’s different needs and requirements.  This is done by developing service plans, making home visits to those using and applying for the service, and maintaining a level of contact through telephone calls, visits and electronic forms of correspondence to support them in maintaining their tenancy with SLH.  Working closely with volunteers, SLH staff, appropriate external agencies, community organisations and statutory services, the post holder will ensure the delivery of an effective service.
