The training will run on the following dates:

- Tuesday 12 November 2024
- Wednesday 27 November 2024.
This half day Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) training session will help you to gain a greater understanding of what is meant by parental conflict and how this is vastly different to domestic abuse. You will explore the importance of the voice of the child, you will see that conflict is normal and a part of everyday life, but that harmful conflict has a significant impact on children and young people.
You will have a better understanding of the possible stressors that can trigger parental conflict in parents/carers that are together or separated as well as being able to identify signs that a relationship may be in distress.

You will receive a diary planner including link to join the training, workbook, and a Pre-Evaluation score sheet. They would ask you complete this Pre-Evaluation and send back to Emma before your requested training date.
