Job Summary

Join Transform Lives Company as a Halton Employment Keyworker! You’ll engage with economically inactive individuals in Halton, promoting activities and support to help them progress into training, coaching, and employment. This role requires mobility, flexibility, and a deep understanding of the Halton area.

Your Talents:

• Experience in engaging with people in varied settings
• Coaching approach to empower individuals
• Ability to build trust and gather necessary documentation
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of the Halton area.
