Excel Housing Solutions (EHS) is a Registered Provider of Social Housing (registration no 4794), established in 2013, to respond to a need for high-quality accommodation and support across the North West.
They offer housing options and support solutions for individuals that have a history of tenancy breakdowns and may also have a range of support issues, such as substance misuse, mental health, offending behaviour and poor life skills.
Their staff teams work innovatively with clients in supporting them to address the underlying issues clients have to enable them to sustain their own tenancies successfully. EHS works closely with Statutory, Voluntary Services and providers of other support services within the borough to enhance our own support packages.
Job Summary
Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accommodation standards, ensuring the safety and upkeep of properties, and managing tenants’ well-being.
This role involves property management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and occupancy-related tasks.
