This programme is for small and local charities and CICs with an income between £25,000 to £500,000 that are led by and working with Deaf and Disabled people who are experiencing poverty.
Organisations can apply for a three-year unrestricted grant of up to £75,000.
They will award 41 grants across England and Wales.
