This event provides the perfect opportunity to try both Sit and Dance and Active Bingo sessions at Sefton Park Palm House, absolutely free of charge.

Sit and Dance

A gentle, seated dance class, suitable for people of all ages, including those with mobility limitations. Enjoy the movements to music from your chair. Improve strength, co-ordination and flexibility while having fun.

Active Bingo

A brand new and innovative way to improve your fitness, using simple everyday actions and feel good music in a bingo format, suitable for all levels of mobility.

Unwind afterwards by relaxing with old friends and making new ones.
