4Wings in association with The University of Liverpool School of Law & Social Justice is holding a women’s event on Thursday 8th November 2018 celebrating a 100 years of women voting in the UK at the Eleanor Rathbone Building, Bedford Street South, Liverpool, L69 7ZA.
The event will commence with a film viewing dedicated to the Suffragette movement and will be followed by a discussion.
A panel of inspirational women from diverse communities will lead a discussion on how far women have come and the journey women are yet to face during the fight for equality. Hear first-hand from women of disadvantaged backgrounds about the struggles they have overcome.
We welcome you to join members of 4 Wings and the University of Liverpool School of Law and Social Justice for refreshments afterwards.
