Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 pro rata dependant on experience
Location: Liverpool
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible to the board of ACLS for overseeing the organisation’s ongoing operations and procedures and to act as an advisor to the board in establishing and implementing the strategic direction of the charity. This includes responsibility for the financial planning and to act as its representative as appropriate within the City of Liverpool and the North West.
The CEO ensures that resources are allocated to priorities, monitoring performance, managing risk, and ensures that the appropriate ways of working, processes and productivity tools are in place to help us deliver our goals to agreed budgets.
The position requires excellent people skills and business acumen along with the courage to think outside the box and lead the charity into a new and exciting era.
It is essential that the post holder is fully aligned with, and enthusiastic about the values and objectives of the charity.
