Age Concern Liverpool & Sefton – PA/Administration Manager

Term: Full-time.
Salary: £28,000.
Hours per week: 35 hours.
Days per week: 5 days.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer.
Location: 151 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 2JH.

Age Concern Liverpool & Sefton is a charity that helps older people. Its mission is to improve the lives of older people in Liverpool & Sefton.

They are currently looking for an Administration Manager to assist the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations in carrying out their roles, providing efficient and effective secretarial and administration support together with the management of the admin function across the organisation.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work as part of a team, with the ability to sensitively support older people.

Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential and a working knowledge of the voluntary sector is desirable.
