Alder Hey is currently recruiting administration, health care and domestic placements for unemployed people. We have ran 2 programmes over the last year and they have both was been a big success, 90% of all learners secured employment, which commenced immediately following the programme.
The placements will be for 10 weeks and will consist of an excellent induction and training programme followed by work experience based training and an evaluation session. During the induction programme you will be given the opportunity to meet the learners from the last programme.
Providing all competencies and objectives were met during the programme, Alder Hey will consider signing candidates up to their temporary staffing bank and allow them to apply for internal roles and apprenticeships based within the Trust.
To apply you would be required to be available for work from Monday 7 January 2019, working from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday for 10 weeks.
Candidates would need to possess good oral and written communication skills, a polite manner and be able to prioritise workloads and should be able to work well within a team. You should be an organised, flexible, and well-motivated and be able to display caring and respectful behaviors.
If successful, candidates would be required to complete a DBS check and Occupational Health Screening.
