Blackburne House Group – Data Compliance Officer

Contract: Permanent.
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 dependent upon experience.
Hours per week: 35 hours.
Reporting to: Head of Quality and Compliance.
Location: Blackburne House, Blackburne Place, Liverpool L8 7PE.

Blackburne House Group is a training-led organisation, which delivers high-quality training, and education services. They’re based in a beautiful Grade II listed building, situated in Liverpool’s famous Hope Street quarter, close to the city centre.

Attracting thousands of visitors each year, their facilities include an education centre for women, the School for Social Entrepreneurs North West, a thriving bistro, a women’s wellness centre, excellent conference facilities and a 30-place nursery. From the beginning, these highly acclaimed and flourishing social enterprises have supported their educational aims and provide tangible examples of how new markets can be used to serve local communities.

Their Data and Compliance Officer will work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues to develop, implement, maintain, and improve compliance in accordance with funding rules.

A proactive approach is required to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and any issues are addressed and escalated. The Data and Compliance Officer needs to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Their Data and Compliance Officer will work as part of a team, supporting the vision and values of educating and upskilling women through Inspiration, Transformation, Equality, Independence, and Social Values.
