Job Description
The Quality Manager will lead the team to evaluate and develop the quality of education across their AEB provision. They are looking for a leader with the skills to secure continuous improvements to their education provision, supporting the development of their tutors to provide their learners with an inspirational learning experience. The Quality Manager will play a key role in improving the quality of delivery to ensure that Blackburne House meets the requirements of external regulators. They will ensure that Blackburne House is always OFSTED-ready.
