Job Summary

The Student Support Officer will provide high-quality one-to-one and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), alongside delivering holistic pastoral and safeguarding support for all learners. The role will ensure learners have full access to the curriculum, receive timely emotional and wellbeing support, and thrive both academically and personally. The role will also contribute to safeguarding leadership, ensuring that the wellbeing, safety, and protection of all learners remains central to the organisation’s work.
