Term: 3 years fixed term
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £21,000 pro rata
Location: Based at Bluecoat with some travel

The Blue Room Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivery of our core Blue Room programme at Bluecoat, working with 30+ regular learning disabled and neurodivergent members each week. Using Bluecoat’s contemporary arts and heritage programmes as inspiration you will devise and facilitate inclusive hands on arts experiences for three days every week, supported by a small team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build on their existing experience of visual arts workshop facilitation in a unique and nurturing environment.
