VOLA is launching the sixth funding round of the Liverpool City Region UKSPF Digital Connectivity for Community Facilities Grants programme on Wednesday 11 June 2025, the application form and supporting documents will be uploaded to VOLA’s website by 5 PM on this date. It will close at 5 PM on Wednesday 9 July 2026.
Grants of between £2,500 and £10,000 will be awarded to successful applicants in early August, with £150,000 available across the Liverpool City Region.
To assist prospective applicants, VOLA is hosting some Online Briefing Sessions, which you are encouraged to attend.
General Briefing Session
This session will summarise key information relating to the grants programme (purpose, eligibility criteria, what it can/ can’t fund, etc), help people to decide on whether or not to apply, and provide guidance on submitting a good application.

Technical Tips Briefing Session
This session provides essential information and advice on important issues to consider and dos & don’ts in relation to planning your IT facility. If you aren’t an IT expert, this workshop is a MUST! Feedback from previous successful grant applicants that attended this session has been overwhelmingly positive in terms of how useful and important it was in helping them to carefully plan their project.
