Hours per week: 37.5 (reduced to 30 hours with no reduction in pay on completion of probation).

Job Summary
Purpose of the role:
- A key member of Brook’s safeguarding team with responsibility for driving their national safeguarding remit and supporting the discharge of their legal, contractual and organisational safeguarding responsibilities.
- To deputise and support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in providing expert safeguarding guidance for children and adults at risk.
- To work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Heads of Service, Brook’s Safeguarding Escalation Team and service level safeguarding leads/managers to ensure that high quality, safe and effective services are delivered to users of Brook’s clinical, education, counselling and wellbeing services.
