Can Do activity sessions for young people aged 10-35 with disabilities

Leonard Cheshire charity has launched its Can Do Spring Sessions – a programme of events for young people aged 10-35 with disabilities, long term health conditions and additional needs.

The charity supports individuals to live, learn and work as independently as they choose, whatever their ability.

The latest season of Can Do sessions are live now, running until the end of March 2021. There are a variety of activities to choose from, including fitness, art, poetry, theatre, yoga, wellbeing, dance and more.

Can Do session coordinators work with attendees to help them build new skills and increase confidence.

For a complete list of upcoming sessions, and to book, visit the Leonard Cheshire Eventbrite page.
