Can Do Merseyside Looking for Partners

Can Do Merseyside is part of the registered charity Leonard Cheshire Disability.

Can Do is a community based volunteering programme which is person centred and supports young disabled people aged 16-35 in their local community to develop their skills, provide new experiences and promote their independence by participating in a variety of projects and by playing an active role in their community.

Can Do delivers taster sessions and one-off activities as well as Building Communities programmes, a longer term project where participants can gain a City & Guilds qualification.  All activities that are delivered are based upon themes relating to personal development or the community and are fully funded by the Can Do project.

Can Do Merseyside is looking to develop partnerships to work with local groups, organisations and colleges that support young disabled people in this age range.
