Salary: £20,253 p.a.

Citizens Advice Knowsley has a vacancy for a Financial Capability Worker, funded through the Big Lottery’s Improving Financial Confidence Project, providing a service to the residents of Knowsley.
Ideally, with a background in training or advice work, preferably finance related, the successful candidate will be expected to work to strict quality assurance standards and be willing to undertake a professional training and development programme.
Previous experience in financial capability work is not essential as full training will be provided.
Knowsley Citizens Advice Bureau operates out of three main advice sites in Kirkby, Huyton and Halewood, in addition to providing services at other community venues.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
