Job Description

Working within the Administration Team at Citizens Advice Liverpool (CAL), the role holder will provide administrative support across the organisation with the aim of directly and indirectly supporting the delivery of free, confidential, and impartial advice services. Adhering to the agreed service levels and following the agreed procedures, the administration team plays an integral part in the strength of Citizens Advice Liverpool.

Utilising bespoke and off-the-shelf software systems including a Windows-based PC and Microsoft Office, the role holder will maintain accurate and timely records to support the smooth and efficient delivery of Citizens Advice Liverpool services. The role holder will make and receive telephone calls, liaise with clients, arrange appointments, send emails and letters, update records, and complete other administrative tasks whilst working collectively as a team to achieve the agreed outcomes.

As well as being a team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage your time and make full use of computer systems, you will be adaptable to the needs of the organisation. You will receive full training for the role, and work within a supportive team with a friendly and open culture, continually striving to improve and develop the service.
