They are the leading provider of advice and advocacy services in Liverpool and have helped clients with over 106,000 issues in 2022/2023.
Job Details
The successful candidate will provide generalist advice in a wide range of enquiry areas such as benefits, housing and employment. You will provide telephone advice within the working hours of the service and work with the on-site supervisor. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident, motivated and understanding. They’re not looking for the finished article, if you have the right attitude then they can help to develop your skills.
