Job Details

Working within the ICT Team at Citizens Advice Liverpool (CAL), the role holder will provide support to the team and across the organisation with the aim of directly and indirectly supporting the delivery of free, confidential, and impartial advice services. Adhering to the agreed service levels and following the agreed procedures, the ICT team play an integral part in the strength of Citizens Advice Liverpool.

Utilising bespoke and off-the-shelf software systems including Windows and Microsoft Office products, the role holder will maintain accurate and timely records to support the smooth and efficient delivery of Citizens Advice Liverpool services. The role holder will help develop and maintain their ICT assets register and stock control, run routine reports from their systems to update Excel and Power Bi Dashboards, help to maintain their client appointment system, print & issue security passes and complete other allocated support tasks that come through their ICT helpdesk.

As well as being a team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage your time and make full use of computer systems, you will be adaptable to the needs of the organisation. You will receive full training for the role, and work within a supportive team with a friendly and open culture, continually striving to improve and develop the service.
