Job Description

Citizens Advice Liverpool are looking for a Money Advice Projects Supervisor to support the Head of Money Advice and Financial Inclusion Services to enable them to focus on project management and service development. The post-holder will specifically supervise their specialist Energy team and their Financial Keyworker support team (9 staff), providing line management as well as technical supervision and answering day to day queries from staff and project teams.

The post-holder will also support the delivery of services by:

  • Line management of staff and completion of regular Support and Supervision and Training Plans for these project staff
  • Ensure project staff meet their performance and (Energy) quality service delivery targets
  • Completion of some Energy Casework to enable full organisational targets to be met
  • Assisting with Fuel Voucher issues, liaising with the Fuelbank Foundation, where clients have non-standard identification or are struggling to redeem vouchers
  • Collating Energy Advice Project and Energy Outreach Project case data to assist with target achievement for these contracts
  • Some attendance at funder and project meetings to represent Citizens Advice Liverpool
  • Completion of project reports, case studies and feedback to funders to comply with contractual requirements.
