Hours: 35 hrs per week

Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking to appoint a full time Advice Service Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be well organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and able to provide support and assistance to new and existing volunteers on the General Advice Unit ensuring a high delivery of Quality of Advice Service.
They will have experience or knowledge of the advice sector and have an understanding of the importance of support, development and motivation.
