Advice Service Supervisor x 2
35 hrs per week
£24,000 per annum
Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking to appoint 2 full time Advice Service Supervisors.
The successful candidates will be well organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills that are able to provide support and assistance to new and existing volunteers on the General Advice Unit ensuring a high delivery of Quality of Advice Service.
They will have experience or knowledge of the advice sector and have an understanding of the importance of support, development and motivation.
