Hours of Work: 37 hours per week on rota 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Type of contract: Initially temporary 9mths
Purpose of role:
Citizens Advice Liverpool have an exciting opportunity for a Telephone & Digital Debt Adviser to work within their Money Advice team in Liverpool. You will deliver a high quality, consistent money advice service across telephone and digital channels including casework, which maximises prevention through client learning, self-help and access to services. You will support the Project Manager in the planning and development of the Telephone & Digital Money Advice service and assist in initiatives to improve service delivery and provision.
As part of a team you will provide an effective supported Money Advice debt service to client through telephone and digital channels
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills with an ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and outcomes with minimum supervision and be motivated and willing to try new things.
