Sign ups are currently open for Comics Youth’s Safe Spaces Reclaiming Community Spaces project! Comics Youth are looking for 15 young LGBTQIA+ creatives aged 14-25 to work with a £2,500 budget to plan, host and market a legacy event for the community.
If any of your young people are:
- Aged 14-25
- LGBTQIA+
- Interested in literature and publishing
- Interested in hosting an event for other young people in Liverpool
- Interested in developing skills in event planning, budgeting, marketing and community building
then Safe Spaces Reclaiming Community Spaces is the perfect project to sign up for!
The project will run from September-November, with 11 weekly sessions hosted at Make CIC, Birkenhead (travel costs can be reimbursed).
