Community of Practice and Multiple and Complex Needs Frontline Workers Events

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in our previous events and discussions to gather your views and experiences of the Liverpool Waves of Hope programme, and of other local Multiple and Complex Needs Services.

For more information, you can read our feedback report from previous discussions. Here are details of our forthcoming sessions:

Community of Practice Event

Monday 15 January 2018, 2-4pm at 151 Dale Street.

This is an open forum event for anyone who has an interest in the area of service provision for people with multiple and complex needs. It aims to provide an opportunity for decision makers and those with experience of multiple and complex needs services to share experiences, ideas and best practice to enable continuing high quality support for those who need it.

Discussion Sessions for Front Line Workers and People with Lived Experience Multiple and Complex Needs

In our role as facilitators, we want to continue to give front line workers, and those who have lived experience, the opportunity to voice opinions, flag up issues, and acknowledge the strengths of the work that is taking place to support people across the city.
