Salary: £38,000 pro rata
Hours: 17 hours per week (negotiable)
Term: 12-month fixed term contract
As the Director of Compass, you will embody the organisation’s mission to “develop and provide professional, accessible, affordable counselling and emotional and practical support for adults.”
You will provide leadership and oversee all aspects of Compass services provision, namely:
- Community Counselling Service
- Workplace Counselling Contracts
- Counselling Training, CPD events and conferences
Leading a team of staff and volunteers you will be responsible for the strategic development of Compass as well as the operational day-to-day running of the overall organisation. Your vision is instrumental in deciding the future growth and expansion of Compass.
All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, employment references and a three month probation period.
