Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (negotiable)
Contract: Full time, 12 months fixed term
Compass is a charity established nearly 40 years ago to offer free or low cost counselling to adults across the Merseyside area. It is a vibrant counselling community of qualified volunteer counsellors, supervisors and trainers.
The charity is recruiting a Director to lead the organisation and oversee all aspects of COMPASS services provision, namely:
- Community Counselling Service
- Workplace Counselling Contracts
- Counselling Training, CPD events and conferences
Leading a team of staff and volunteers you will be responsible for the strategic development of Compass as well as the operational day-to-day running of the overall organization. Your vision is instrumental in deciding the future growth and expansion of Compass.
All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, employment references and a six month probation period.
