The survey is intended to collect the opinions and ideas of adults (18+) about the subject of obesity and the extent to which this is an issue for the region. They are looking for responses from people who are currently living in Cheshire and Merseyside, i.e. people in the following local authority areas:
- Cheshire East
- Cheshire West and Chester
- Halton
- Knowsley
- Liverpool
- Sefton
- St Helens
- Warrington
- Wirral.
This survey has been developed by the Food Active programme which is part of the charity Health Equalities Group (Charity number: 1110067). The survey is part of a wider project funded by the Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
