Actual Salary: £14, 094.960 per annum (20 hours per week)
Contract: 9 months with the possibility of extension
Croxteth Gems, a community centre based in the heart Croxteth, is seeking to develop the strength, sustainability and longevity of the charity by employing a business development officer. The post is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
The aim of Croxteth Gems is to provide facilities and activities that improve the health and wellbeing of the local community and bring together individuals and organisations. The organisation’s main focus is provision for children and young people that brings abut measurable, positive change. The centre boasts a soft play area, a state of the art dance studio, two games halls, a sensory room, IT suite, offices, outdoor multi games area, male and female shower and changing facilities, all set in beautiful landscaped gardens.
A business development officer is now sought to help maximize positive outcomes for service users and the Charity. This role will include income generation activities, with the aim of securing sustainable income streams, developing partnerships with third sector, commercial and statutory funders and other business development activities.
