Salary: £10.00 – £20.00 per hour.
Hours per week: 10 – 35 hours.
Reporting to: Project Manager.
Location: Liverpool City Region.

Main purpose of role:

To deliver buggy walks, social engagement events and activities for pregnant women and mums with babies/young children living in St Helens, Knowsley & Liverpool, helping to bring communities together and combat social isolation.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate weekly social events and activities across St Helens, Knowsley & Liverpool.
• Engage local people and successfully communicate with project attendees.
• Work alongside and support volunteers to develop the project.
• Public outreach and promotion within the local community.
• Liaise with and establish working relationships with local services and organisations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative tasks; including populating spreadsheets, compiling monitoring reports and producing & providing information for project attendees.
• Support, communicate with and take responsibility for all project attendees.
• Support the Project Manager and the directors to grow and develop the Mums SOCIAL project and Mamafit programme.
