Salary: £20,456 – £23,166 pro rata (dependent on experience)
Hours of work: 17.5 hours per week
East Liverpool Citizens Advice has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Capability Worker to work within the Better Off Finances Project Team in East Liverpool, Wavertree office.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the theory and principles of adult learning and development and the ability to sensitively empower and engage with adults who have had poor experiences of formal education.
You will have a basic knowledge of personal finance issues affecting adults at risk of financial exclusion and an understanding of and commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service and its equal opportunities policies. You will be willing to learn and have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to relate and work with a large variety of different people.
