They provide advice, information, and support in keeping warm at home, managing fuel bills, improving energy efficiency and sustainable energy alongside working to address the climate emergency. They deliver programmes across Liverpool City Region and Cheshire, managing grants, attending community events, delivering home visits and telephone advice.
Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to join Energy Projects Plus at a vital time. The current cost of living and energy crisis means that their services are in high demand.
Their charity has a wide range of referral partners who refer clients to them for support from the variety of projects delivered at any one time. They also refer clients to other projects (internal and other external agencies) for support. The Referrals Co-ordinator will manage this activity alongside providing administration support where required to team members including arranging appointments, speaking with clients in regard to their casework, monitoring progress of clients’ referrals or grant applications to ensure satisfactory completion, and supporting the advice team in responding to enquiries into their service. The service provides support to clients electronically, by telephone or face-to-face as appropriate to the client’s needs. The role includes using external and internal on-line and off-line software to make applications and capture all aspects of client engagement.
