Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton’s Dementia Day Care and Respite Centre will be holding two open days in March.

The Dementia Day Care Centre was opened last June and is helping to support those with dementia and their care givers by providing day time respite.

Open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, each day is filled with fun activities to help people to live well with dementia. Their innovative approach to this was featured on television and radio recently.

If you need help to continue to work, or just need a break, your loved one can enjoy a day at the Centre where all rooms are secure and there is a registered nurse on site at all times. Each day is tailored to each individual.

Drop in to one of their open days, meet the team and have a look around the Centre.

Thursday 7 March – 1pm until 5pm

Saturday 9 March – 10am until 4pm
