Tuesday 19 March 2019, 6pm – 8pm – Bluecoat, School Lane, Liverpool, L1 3BX.
The event will celebrate the pioneering work of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities and is an opportunity for services, local groups and businesses to explore how they can contribute to Liverpool’s age-friendly ambitions to improve the lives of our current and future older generations. 1 in 3 children born today are expected to live to 100 years old and these extra years will bring huge opportunities to communities, businesses and providers. Join us to hear more about how we are working to ensure that more people across Liverpool get to enjoy their later lives through better work, housing and planning, and transport.
Please note that this is an invitation only event, if you are unable to make it do let us know as we would be pleased to welcome a colleague on your behalf.
Please RSVP to events@ageing-better.org.uk with any dietary or access requirements that you may have by Friday 1 March 2019.
